I have one bedroom available in my very nice Clapham North apartment on Hemberton Road. The place is very nice, well connected and within walking distance to good amenities like the common.
The flat is available from November (I am looking for the 1st but this could be delayed with my move).
Rent is £950 pm, and bills typically come to about £120 pm.
You’ll be living with Pete (32) and Jack (29) who are both great, and I wouldn’t be leaving if it weren’t for moving in with my girlfriend.
