- It's a beautiful basement flat with a large shared living room that's perfect for dinners, drinks and Netflix nights.
- Lovely garden / patio, ideal for summer evenings and a glass (or two) of wine.

The location:
- 5 minutes' walk to Clapham North station, and you're spoilt with all Clapham High street has to offer, and not short of nearby pubs:
- The Falcon - 3 min walk away
- Clapham North pub - 5 min walk
- The Duke of Edinburgh - 7 min walk

Rent & bills:
- Rent is £1,302 per month, excluding bills.
- Bills cover WiFi, council tax (Lambeth), water, gas and electric, and generally come to about £200 each, so about £1,500 a month all in.

Meet Kayla, your new flatmate!
Kayla is one of my besties, so you're in very good hands! She's a 30-year-old Aussie who's been living in London for over 7 years. She loves netball and all things sport, and she is an unbelievable cook. You will not be short of shared dinners and dinner parties (which I'll definitely be coming back for!!). She's always up for a wine or two and exploring everything London has to offer, but she equally loves cooking a beautiful dinner at home with a glass of wine and a series on. Friends and SVU are her go-to's!

We absolutely love this place and made it into such a beautiful home together.

We're looking for: someone who'll respect the flat and treat it as a home, not just a flat. Professional female who is clean, respectful, and like-minded to the above.
