Large Double Near Clapham North

Looking for someone to take my room in a great house share 5 minutes from Clapham North station. I have a large double bedroom available from the 1st of November in a fully furnished flat.

The flat stretches over 3 floors with a separate lounge room and kitchen/dining. There are two bathrooms/showers in the house, which makes it ideal for living with flatmates as you are never on top of each other.

The room is furnished with a bed, chest of drawers, desk, wardrobe, and basically everything pictured bar one of the side tables.

The flat has all the usual furnishing with sofas, 2 fridge freezers, a washing machine, etc

Bills are around £135 each month for council tax (band D)/gas & electric/wifi/water.

The current housemates are between 25-29 years old. They're all really easy going guys who are always happy to go for a beer otherwise are often out doing their own thing.
Two of the housemates are usually in the office 4/5 times a week, one works from home each day.
