I’m sadly leaving my lovely room in Clapham North and am looking for someone to take over from 28 November 2026.

📍 An unbeatable location

The flat is just 2 minutes’ walk from Clapham North Underground Station and High Street Overground, with excellent connections across London. There’s also a bus stop directly outside the front of the property, making getting around incredibly easy.

You’re also just a short walk from Clapham High Street, with plenty of bars, restaurants, cafés, shops and supermarkets nearby.

The room is bright, sunny and peaceful, with lots of natural light.

One of the best things about it is that it backs onto the rear garden rather than facing the road. So although you're right in the middle of lively and well-connected Clapham, the room itself is surprisingly peaceful and quiet — a lovely place to relax at the end of the day.

It's also fully furnished and ready to move straight into, including:
