The house has recently undergone a full renovation. Both the kitchen and bathroom have been completely ripped out and replaced, with brand-new fittings throughout.
There’s also a long cellar, which provides plenty of additional storage space, ideal for anything you don’t want cluttering up your room.
The property also benefits from having a walled garden, which is great for chilling out in BBQs etc in the summer.
As it’s just me living here, you’ll only be sharing with one other person, so it’s a nice alternative to a busy house share.

The available room has been fully redecorated with renovated flooring, new double bed and mattress, new bedside table, new big wardrobe with ample storage and a desk.

The house is located on a quiet residential street in Clapham North with easy access to both the Northern line and the Victoria line. There are also plenty of local shops, cafés, pubs, bars and other amenities nearby (Clapham High Street and Brixton Town Centre).

I’m a 29 year old software developer working in HealthTech. I’m pretty easy going and sociable, enjoy having a chat or a drink. I’m keen for the house to feel like a proper home rather than just somewhere to stay.

Ideally, I’m looking for a working professional who’s clean, tidy, friendly and considerate, and happy to do their bit around the house.
I’d love to find someone who’s sociable and up for the occasional chat or drink, but also independent and respectful of each other’s space.
