* Strictly a NO-PARTY house. We want to maintain a quiet and relaxed environment for everyone.
* Consideration for others is important, including keeping noise to a reasonable level.
* Everyone is expected to keep shared areas, particularly the kitchen and bathroom, clean and tidy after use.
* We believe in everyone doing their bit to maintain a pleasant and organised living environment.
* General communal cleaning is done three times a month but day-to-day tidiness and cleaning up after ourselves is everyone’s responsibility.

About Us and the House Environment

We are two tidy, respectful working professionals. One of us works full-time in the office, while the other works three days in the office and travels quite often.

We have busy schedules, usually leaving early in the morning and returning around 9:30 pm.
