Independent single woman offers a lovely single room to another single woman in a happy, serene home. I am a peaceful, hardworking, creative-minded person with many interests looking for a clean, tidy, positive person either professional or student who is preferably a daytime worker. Would ideally suit a short-term let or for a longer term, someone who doesn't have a lot of stuff!

My flat is spacious bright and comfortable with broadband and wi-fi. You will share the communal living spaces (with exclusive use of your own fridge freezer) without being intruded upon. You will have space to be yourself, relax and to feel at home.

Ideally you are clean in personal hygiene (shower daily, wash hands after the loo) and home: cleaning up after yourself will not tax your brain. Educated, intelligent, good to talk to and able to embrace diversity in all its forms.
