Spacious Room in Home w/ Garden

This bright and spacious room is available in a 3 bedroom house with a large garden, lounge and kitchen.

Close to all amenities such as bars, restaurants, cafes, shops and great parks (Clapham common) (tescos, M&S, Sainsburys and more).

Clapham South station is a 4 minute walk away and the famous Abbeville Road is only round the corner.

Current flatmates squad is composed of two sociable working professionals, Steph and Alessandro. We enjoy having a home and looking for a great fit to join us!

The house consists of a large kitchen with all essential appliances (including a dishwasher) and leads to the large garden that we have regular BBQs and socials. Our west facing living room is a bright space during the day. The two sofas, chairs, bookshelves, and bar make it for a cosy netflix&chill evening.

We have 1 bathroom and 1 en-suite - a separate extra toilette in addition. Great to avoid getting in each others' ways before the morning commute :D

The house has a basement with laundry and storage space. It is a plus as the noise of the washing machine and tumble dryer are effectively a memory of the past! ha
