There is a cosy room to rent in this lovely, recently refurbished, top floor flat. The room is complete with a small desk, a chest of drawers, double bed and a small built in wardrobe. All the carpets, floors and furniture in the flat are knew and of a good standard.

The flat has a balcony, decent sized bathroom with a bath/shower and a large sitting room/kitchen area which is ideal for cooking, relaxing and watching TV.

The flat is just ta five minute walk to Clapham South Station (northern line) and is very quick up to Central London - 25 minutes to London Bridge or to Oxford Circus). There are also a number of busses that run from. Clapham South and Clapham Common stations.

The flat is just a two minute walk from Clapham Common, and is opposite the Abbeville Road which offers a number of shops, restaurants and a pub.

I am looking for someone who is clean and tidy, enjoys socialising and who is also independent in their own way. I am a teacher and enjoy going out and seeing friends, playing football, squash, reading and sometimes relaxing at home.
