Lovely large room Clapham South SW12

Beautifully decorated, fully furnished, very large double room with kingsize bed available near Clapham South tube, all bills included. We are about 5-7 minutes' walk from Clapham South and around 10 from Balham tube and mainline station, plus good bus connections.

We're a family home so we're looking for someone who is fairly quiet and independent, and who works/studies at their workplace rather than working from home during the day. If you need to work or study at home in the evenings, you’ll have quiet and privacy. Ideally you'll be away from time to time at weekends.

We would also be prepared to consider Monday to Friday stays - shorter or longer-term - for people who live outside London but need somewhere here a few nights during the week for a reduced rate (upon enquiry).

The room is large, quiet and airy and comes fully furnished. The house itself is decorated to a very high standard and has all the facilities you would need including free wifi.

We are situated on a lovely, quiet, tree-lined residential road moments from fantastic local facilities including many shops, restaurants, gyms etc... and the green spaces of Clapham Common and Tooting Commons.
