About us:
👋 We’re Maddie & Brin a couple in our 30s originally from Australia but have lived in London for 8 years. Maddie works mainly from home as a Legal PA & Brin is a builder. We have a 5 year old cocker spaniel called Florence 🐶 so dog lovers are a must!

The room is available from 1st July. Rent is £1300 not including bills which are split each month.

📍 The flat is in a great location; a short walk from Clapham South tube station & a bus stop just out the front. There’s a big Tesco as well as smaller supermarkets a few minutes walk. Abbeville Road is just across the road with great shops & restaurants. The common is at the end of the street 🌳

🔍 The room is ideal for a couple. We are looking for similar aged and likeminded professional who are friendly, tidy & dog lovers. We are keen to socialise but also looking for people who are happy to respect each other’s space and are respectful of the house.
