Double room available in 4 bed end of terrace house in Clapham South. Shares bathroom with 1 other person (2 basins, large shower).
The recently repainted room is on the first floor at the side of the house, well shielded from road noise. Large wardrobe as well as separate chest of drawers. King size double bed. Built in desk and shelves (chair included, if needed).
Less than 5 minute walk to Clapham South Station (Northern Line), easy access to multiple supermarkets (Sainsbury's, Tesco, M&S, Co-op, Waitrose), 10 minutes' walk from Clapham Common.
Our house is a victorian end of terrace house with a decent garden (for London), large open plan kitchen complete with grand piano (!) and gas range cooker. We also have 2 communal living rooms and a small utility room with washing machine.
You would be sharing with me (Harry (short for Harriet), 34, A&E doctor) and my brother (Matt, 31) and another housemate.
We are a fairly quiet house, not into large parties, though friends coming round for dinner and the odd dinner party are certainly welcome.

- our kitchen was redone recently (we love it!) and the hallways were painted last year
- secure cycle storage sheds in front drive area
- on street parking (you need a permit from the local council, but there are usually plenty of spaces)
We are council tax band F - the house has plenty of space.
