Double Room in Sociable Penthouse Apartment

Hey, we are Lauren & Maggy and we have a double room available in our penthouse apartment 2 mins walk from Clapham South station!

We are looking for another sociable girl to join us, preferably aged between 27-35 years old.

The room is a double with a wardrobe and a large chest of drawers, but also has room for a desk/ additional wardrobes and storage. The occupant will share a bathroom with one of the girls. There is some flexibility on the move in date.

We would like our new housemate to be friendly, sociable and up for a laugh. We like to spend time together either staying in or going out, but equally we all have our own things going on and are respectful of the space and keep it clean.

Location:
- The apartment is conveniently located a 2 minute walk to Clapham South station and the Common!
- We have a range of food shops on our doorstep (a huge Tesco, a Sainsbury's and a M&S food hall)
- There are plenty of bars, restaurants and cafes within walking distance
- Parking permits are available

Rent/Bills:
- The rent is £1295 per month.
- Bills aren't included but should come to around £100 each.
- The deposit is £1350

- Split over 2 levels
- 2 bathrooms
- Massive Kitchen & Living area
- 2 separate roof terraces which catch the sun all times of the day
