Large room available to rent in Clapham South on a quiet residential street. 8 minute walk to Clapham South station and close to the common. The room has a king sized bed, two double wardrobes and a private terrace.

The house is a 3 bedroom flat with an open plan kitchen and living area. You’ll be sharing the bathroom with one other person, as the third bedroom is en-suite. The flat has a private garden and brand new appliances and fittings throughout.

The other two flatmates are both professionals, working mainly from the office with some wfh. They’re both brilliant girls, one Aussie, one Brit, and are looking for someone chill and friendly to fit in.

The official move in date is the 5th of July.

Our landlord manages the place directly and is really great. On the admin side you’ll just need to send him a reference and proof of income, then we’ll do a contract change. Bills come to about £100 a month and we’re in Wandsworth council tax.
