We’re looking for a friendly, tidy flatmate to take over a spacious room in our flat, available from 12th July. There may be some flexibility for an earlier move-in around 6th July, so feel free to ask if that’s of interest.

* 5-minute walk to Balham Tube & National Rail
* 7-minute walk to Clapham South Tube
* Great access to shops, cafes, restaurants, gyms, and common green spaces

💷 Rent & Bills

* Rent is very competitive for the area
* Bills come to approximately £75–£100 per month on top

A relaxed, friendly house share that’s ideal for someone looking for a sociable but respectful home.

👋 Current Flatmates
You’ll be living with:

* Two guys working in project management
* One girl working in marketing

We’re ideally looking for another girl to keep the balance in the house, but the most important thing is finding someone who’ll be a good fit, so it’s definitely not a deal-breaker.
