Our housemate has just moved out of this amazing flat in Clapham South because she’s heading back home to NZ. Now we're looking for someone new to join our lovely household. Ideally, we're after a friendly, easy-going female aged between 27 and 32 to keep the balance in the flat.

The room available is a large, bright double with a Juliet balcony that looks out over a peaceful courtyard, so it's lovely and quiet. There's large built-in wardrobes and loads of extra storage in the crawl space. The room is technically unfurnished, but our housemate has left/is selling the furniture shown in the photos.

Please note - you will need to be able to provide a reference from your current or most recent landlord, as well as an employment reference. Applicants will need to be in a permanent role to meet the referencing criteria, having completed any probation period.

You'll be sharing with Maddie (29), Bayan (30) and Keith (31), who are all easygoing and sociable. The boys share the downstairs bathroom, while the girls share the upstairs one. The atmosphere in the flat is relaxed and respectful - everyone has their own lives but we get along really well and enjoy a chat or drink together when we can.

The location is fantastic - just a five-minute walk to Clapham South tube station on the Northern Line, and about fifteen minutes to Balham for both train and tube connections. There are plenty of shops nearby too, including Tesco, Aldi, M&S, Waitrose and Sainsbury's.

Rent is £900 per month and bills come to £125 each (including kitty for house bits like loo roll, cleaner, cleaning stuff etc). We're looking for a young professional who is clean, considerate, and easy to live with.
