Entire top floor with private en-suite – perfect for a couple

Sadly, our current flatmates are moving out, so we're looking for a lovely couple to take over the entire third floor of our home.

The house is a modern, comfortable three-storey terrace with a great back garden. You'll have your own spacious top-floor bedroom with a private en-suite, making it feel like your own little retreat.

We're a friendly house of long-term kiwi flatmates in our early to mid-30s. We all work full-time, occasionally from home, keep the place tidy, and enjoy a relaxed, social atmosphere. We don't really bring the party home these days, but we do love a good chat, shared meal or drink, and are looking for a couple who'll fit into that kind of vibe.

Bills are £110 per person per month, which includes all utilities and a regular cleaner.

The location is hard to beat:

* 9-minute walk to Clapham South station
* Easy walking distance to both Clapham and Balham high streets, with loads of cafés, pubs, restaurants and shops nearby.

We're ideally looking for a couple who are friendly, considerate, tidy, and keen to make the flat feel like home for the long term.
