Cosy double room available from the 8th of October in flatshare 5 minute walk from Clapham South tube station.
The room is £845 which includes bills and a cleaner who comes every 2 weeks. It is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers but please note due to the size there isn’t space for a desk so it wouldn’t be suitable for somebody who works from home.

We are 3 working professionals, I’m a mobile dog groomer, Ollie is a self employed tradie and Adam works in media ~ we are mostly out of the flat during the day and often busy with our own lives on weekends but get on really well, always happy for the odd pub trip and trash tv binge watching session!

We are chill and in our late 20’s / early 30’s so would like to find somebody who is respectful, tidy and easy going to join us ☺️
