Hi, my boyfriend and I are looking for a new flatmate as sadly our current one is leaving to go back home to Denmark. We live in a 2 bed, 1 bathroom flat in Clapham South in a really nicely presented semi-detached mansion.
The building is a 5 min walk from Clapham Common (8 min walk from Clapham South tube- Northern line), has a really cute Italian cafe opposite, a huge shared garden (with lots of fruit trees!) and is 10 mins from Balham highstreet!
Also if you're a big RAYE fan like myself then the famous pub with her plaque is 2 mins down the road!
