I'm off to Manchester, so looking for someone friendly to replace me in the cutest 3 bed place in Clapham south.
The house is right next to Clapham south tube station as well as Clapham common so lots of green space! The 3 of us get on really well, we have our own lives but will happily watch love island and spend time with each other. The other two girls are so lovely and I am so sad to be leaving them 🥲
ideally limited WFH as the room may struggle to fit a desk due to the layout (sorry!)
The room has big bay windows that let in lots of natural light, and it's just so homely. The bed and tall drawers come with the room + a wardrobe not seen in the pictures. The landlord has spare of most furniture that you can ask for when you move in.
The bathroom has a shower and bath and is shared between us all.
Rent £1000pcm, bills tend to be about £95.
