Bright Double Room in social girls flat ☀️

We're Grace (29), Xanthe (26) and Caroline (27), looking for a female flatmate to join our friendly and sociable home in Clapham South.

The location
We've all moved in over the last five months and we absolutely love the flat! It’s really spacious, light and perfectly situated in Clapham South. We're just two minutes away from Clapham South tube (Northern Line) and we’re also literally a stone's throw away from Clapham Common - we’re also really close to Balham High Street and Lockdown Bakery is literally right below us!!

The room and flat
The double room available is really bright with plenty of room located on the top floor. It comes fully furnished with a desk, wardrobe and bed. You’ll be sharing one bathroom with one other girl.

The flat itself is really modern and we have an amazing land lord who is always around if we need anything. We also have an INCREDIBLE terrace which is perfect in the summer for chilling and hosting friends and dinner parties.

A bit about us
I’m Grace and I’ve lived in South West London for four years. I work in PR and in my spare time, love catching up with friends on the weekends and going to gym classes.

Xanthe has just moved over from Australia and works in finance - she loves cooking and staying active, while also exploring London.

Caroline has also just moved over from Australia and works in law, and also is loving exploring the city.

A bit about you
We're looking for a sociable, friendly and bubbly girl to join us in this stunning flat. We love a catch up on a week day and going out for a drink, so we're really excited to find someone who will treat this flat like a home and more than just a room. We are a social flat but also respect each other's space/ alone time when needed! We all WFH part time, and we’d also be looking for someone who has a similar set-up.
