We’re a friendly couple (30, from Australia and the US) looking for a person or couple to join our home in Clapham South, as our wonderful housemates are moving on after four years. We’ve loved living here for the past two years and are looking for someone who’ll enjoy the space.

About the room:
* Bright and spacious double bedroom with built-in wardrobes.
* Your own private bathroom (separate from the bedroom).
* Large windows that fill the room with afternoon sunshine.

About the house:
* Spacious open-plan kitchen and living area, perfect for relaxing or catching up after work.
* Partly furnished.
* A little private courtyard out the back that’s ideal for summer BBQs.
* Located just an 8-minute walk to Clapham South Underground (Zone 2), with Balham station also less than a 15-minute walk away, giving you great transport links across London.

About us:
We’re easy-going, social, and respectful. We enjoy hanging out together in the evenings, whether that’s watching TV, sharing a meal, or having a drink. We’re looking for someone who is tidy, considerate, and keen to be part of a friendly home rather than just renting a room.
