We are looking for a lovely girl to take over a room in our warm and welcoming 4-bedroom house share in Clapham South from 29 August. I’m moving back to Australia, so I’m looking for someone to take my spot!

📍Location:
Clapham South - just a 10 minute walk to Clapham South station (7 minute speed walk) or around 15 minutes to Balham station. The Common is less than a 10 minute walk down the road, with Sainsbury’s, Tesco and Northcote Road all within easy walking distance. It’s a gorgeous area with great cafés, pubs, restaurants and green space right on your doorstep.

🛏️ The Room:
This spacious room comes with:

* King-size bed and mattress
* Large built-in wardrobe
* Private en-suite bathroom with bath

🏠 The House:
A beautiful, fully furnished 2-storey house share with:

* Spacious open-plan kitchen
* Stunning lounge / dining room
* On-street permit parking available with permit
* Wine fridge and boiling water tap (our favourite things!)
* Non-smoking

👯‍♀️ The Housemates:
You’ll be sharing with three social, tidy and friendly girls aged 27-29 - sociable but respectful of each other’s space and routines. We enjoy spending time together (keen for reality TV binges, after work wines, M&S picky bits or dinner night in (especially during cosy season)), while everyone also has their own routines and downtime. We all work hybrid in corporate roles.

💸 Rent & Dates:

* Rent: £1,200 per month
* Bills: Approx. £90 per month
* Deposit: £1,125
* Move-in: 29 August 2026
* Tenancy: Assured periodic tenancy
* Wandworth Council tax band D
* Subject to tenancy name change, references and landlord approval

💃 You:
We are looking for a female housemate who is:

* Late 20s/early 30s
* A professional (sorry students!)
* Clean and respectful
* Keen to join a social flat
