Cosy and Bright Room in Clapham South

I am headed back to the U. S. which means my lovely room in a friendly Clapham South flat has opened up for £750 a month ⭐️

The bedroom is furnished with original parquet flooring, a bed, closet and some other small furnishings. The room is lovely and bright especially in the morning ☀️

This room is available from 16 Sep looking to get it filled asap as I will be leaving the UK then.

Current flatmates all work in the creative field. We’re friendly and like yapping in the kitchen while we cook, sharing the occasional meal/pub trip etc. but we both have our own lives and like our alone time too. We both work 9-5 style jobs with a mixture of wfh and in the office. We have the odd party/mates over here and there but we’re not a party house. We try to keep things clean, tidy, and keep things quietier at night for work. If you’re of a similar vibe we’d love to hear from you.

We have a nice big shared living room, separate kitchen and a balcony!

Bills are about £100 a month on average, council tax band is D.
