Large Bedroom for Rent in Clapham South

Looking for a friendly and clean flatmate to move into 1 bedroom for rent in a flat in a lovely and quiet neighbourhood, roughly 10 minutes walk from Clapham South station. The flat itself is a 2 bedroom bottom floor flat (I am staying in the other room), both double-bed sized rooms, with a spare room single-bed room currently being used as storage/guest-room.

Shared spaces include a spacious living room with a dining table, a kitchen and a large outdoor backyard space (pets welcome).

Location-wise we are located walking distance to both the Common and Balham where many social activities take place, and bus-stops that take you to the victoria line (Stockwell, Brixton).

There are 3 commercial gyms within walking distance: Anytime Fitness, FitnessFirst, Puregym.

Contractually, the flat is rented on a 3 year contract (currently 1 year into the tenancy period). My previous flatmate is moving out due to personal issues, and I would prefer a long-term flatmate (~1 year) but shorter tenancy periods are welcome so long as we get along well.
