I’m sadly moving out of this lovely house as I’m moving in with my partner, so my housemates Steph, Annabelle and Braden are looking for someone to take over my room. The room is a furnished double bedroom in a lovely house within a gated community.

We’re just a 5-minute walk from Clapham South station and only 2 minutes from The Avalon, with plenty of shops and coffee shops nearby. Clapham Common and Balham are also close by, so there’s lots around for weekends and evenings.

The house has a lovely garden, parking is available, and being in a gated community it’s safe and peaceful. The room shares a family bathroom with only one other housemate as the other two rooms have en-suites. It’s a sociable house, however everyone has their own lives and friends too.

Steph works in tech sales, Annabelle works in investment banking and Braden is a quantity surveyor. We’re ideally looking for a sociable male between 25–33 who is keen to be part of the house rather than just having a place to sleep.
