Looking to fill a double room in our lovely house. Our flatmate is moving out after 3 years, and looking to fill her room. The room is unfurnished, so you'll need to sort a bed etc for the room.

The house is halfway between Clapham south and Balham, an 8 min walk from Clapham south, and 10 from Balhm.
We have 1 bathroom, a toilet, open living/ dining room, kitchen and garden which is great in the summer.

We're 2 Scottish girls, one working in audit, and the other a designer. We're friendly, tidy, clean and pretty busy people. We'd be looking for someone similar. We enjoy watching TV together, both sporty/ into exercise and like going out with our friends for dinners etc.
Looking for someone who is in the office a couple days a week, is clean and tidy and respectful of the house and flatmates.
