Double room in Clapham

After almost three years in Clapham with my amazing flatmates, the time has come to move back to the Netherlands. Therefore, we're looking for a male professional to move into a furnished double bedroom from 16 October!

The bedroom (£720 pcm) comes with a double bed, two sets of white drawers and one set of shelves, as shown in the photos.

There are four bedrooms in the flat total, a spacious kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet, and a large living room (with a big IKEA sofa bed that's great for hosting!). There is also a terrace overlooking some green space with chairs and a small table.

We're a 4 min walk from both the Clapham South station and Clapham Common, and we have every grocery store chain imaginable within a short walking distance.

The landlord offers a rolling contract right from the beginning, though out of respect for our flatmates, we ask that you only consider if you plan on staying for at least 6 months.

Your future flatmates: Annie, Ella and Marco! They are all very respectful and lovely flatmates who enjoy coming together for a dinner/film/game nights but also have their own lives.

Annie (27) from Wales works in Sales. Besides making rhymes she enjoys running, hosting dinner parties with friends and going charity shopping.

Ella (26) is a freedom of information advisor from New Zealand who loves exploring the UK. She also enjoys running, reading and playing board games.

Marco (36) is an industrial designer from Australia who has lived in London for 5+ years. He likes playing the guitar, going to gigs and watching F1.

Water: £19/month (fixed)
Council tax: £19/month (fixed)
Wifi: £10/month (fixed)

TOTAL BILLS: averages around £80/month

I also thought it was too good to be true at first!
