Double Room in Bright & Cosy House Clapham South

We're looking for a 4th male to join our house from Sunday, October 18th.

It's a bright, furnished double room (bed and desk provided, plenty of storage) in a lovely 4-bed house on Gaskarth Road, Clapham South - just a 4 minute walk from the station and Clapham Common itself.

The rent is £975 a month excluding bills (£100–120) and includes a cleaner who comes fortnightly.

You'll be sharing with 3 other male housemates (all 27) who work in professional roles and are in the office most days. We're into sports, socialising, and cooking. We are typically early risers who like to exercise before work, and at weekends so having someone likeminded would be ideal. We’re looking for someone who is tidy, social, easy-going, and up for the odd beer, while respecting everyone's downtime too.
