En-suite double room to rent in Balham / Clapham S

I’m moving out and looking for someone to take over my room in a house share situated equidistantly from the Balham and Clapham South tube stations.

The room is a large double with its own en-suite, with plenty of space for a desk, so it’s also ideal if you work from home. There’s a large shared lounge and kitchen, giving you plenty of space outside the bedroom too.

You’d be living with two 24-year-old guys who are both sociable and easygoing, and into sports like running, football and rugby. The house has a good balance — it’s social and we’re always up for watching sport or grabbing a drink, but everyone also has their own thing going on and there’s plenty of space to have your own time.

Overall, it’s a relaxed, sociable house and would suit someone similar who wants a friendly place to live without it feeling like you have to be social all the time.
