I am relaxed, easy going and social, I like going out and spending time with friends and am looking for the similar sort of balance - sociable, happy to have a chat and catch up with some drinks, while you will also have your own lives and space.
It's a fairly small flat so we need to ensure that we will get on ok. It's not a party flat but if you are looking to have some friends over for a few drinks - absolutely but if you are looking for somewhere to host regular parties then this probably isn't the right fit.
