Small double room is becoming available in Clapham South!

I am moving out of my room in Clapham South as I am buying a flat nearby (otherwise I would have loved to have stayed!). The room has a double bed, in-built cupboards, bed side cabinet and chest of drawers. There isn’t room for a desk, but there is plenty of space to work in the dining room if you would need to work from home. The flat is a good size, with lots of storage; separate kitchen and living room, bathroom with toilet, shower and bath, second bathroom with just a toilet.

Rent is £823 per month. Bills are about £100 each per month.

It is a great flat in such a good location, Clapham Common is just up the road and Balham high street is only a 10 minute walk. Great transport links too, bus stops right out the front and the northern line (Clapham South) is only a 5 minute walk.

You will be living with 2 lovely housemates too; Niamh and Jessie.

Niamh is 27 and from Ireland, works as a Physio in Balham and is into running, triathlons and exploring local bakeries!

Jessie is 29 and from New Zealand, works in finance and is into running, baking and going to gigs!

It’s a very friendly flat, we often go for runs and walks together, and to local bakeries for a pastry. Also enjoy a cosy evening in watching Great British Bake Off or The Traitors!
