Double room in Clapham South

We have a double room available in our charming 4 bed flat in Clapham South, from 1st February 2027. As our current flatmate is moving to Aus! 🏡

The flat is located in a lovely, safe, family friendly area of Clapham/Balham. A short 8 minute walk from Clapham South tube station, and a 10 minute walk to Balham. We’re also very close to Wandsworth Common, Northcote Road and Clapham Common.

We’re an all girls household and would love to find someone to be friends with as well as house mates. Most importantly we’re looking for someone kind, friendly, mature and chatty. As well as being very clean and tidy, happy to join in the weekly cleaning rota, as we like to keep the flat homely and clutter free. We take pride in our home and would love someone who values this too! As well as having previous experience living in all girls house shares 🫶🏼

About us! We’re single girls in our late twenties. And love quiet, cosy nights in watching movies together, with the occasional pub trip/night out. We often go for drinks/picnics during summer and love the pear 🌳. As well as going for walks, we like exploring new restaurants & wine bars, watching F1 & day festivals in summer. (We aren’t a party flat).
(Ad lister) I’m a Northern girly who’s lived in the flat for 4 years. I work in marketing and love wholesome activities such as: cooking, walks, cinema trips, pilates/yoga, gym & running.

Bills are not included and are around £90-£120pm during winter, £80-£90pm in summer. We use Splitwise for any ad hoc flat costs such as cleaning supplies etc.

The room is technically unfurnished, however the furniture pictured - bed/mattress/drawers/wardrobe is being sold, please see floor plan attached for layouts & sqft.
