Double room available in Clapham South

Living Room

We're Nick and Sam, two guys with pretty standard 9-5 jobs. Sam's moving in with his partner, so we're looking for someone to take over his room from 28 November.

The room is a good-sized double with fitted wardrobes, and it comes with a bed, mattress and chest of drawers. It has its own bathroom just outside the door. The flat is on the second floor, with both stairs and a lift.

The building is safe and secure, with a nice community feel and comes with:

🔹 2 minute walk from Clapham South (Northern line)
🔹 Right on the common, with plenty of pubs, coffee shops and gyms close by.

We're a very chilled house and respectful of each other's space and schedules. We're not a party house, but very sociable and hang out a lot whether it's watching the football or heading to the pub.

Rent is £1,300 a month, and bills (not included) come to around £160 (Council tax band D).
