Double room in Clapham South/Balham - FEMALE

I’m moving back to Aus, so we’re looking for someone lovely to take over my room in our house!

The bedroom is on the 1st floor and comes fully furnished with a double bed, large wardrobe, foldable desk and chest of drawers, plus plenty of additional storage. You’ll be sharing a spacious bathroom with 2 others.

Other benefits of the house include a large kitchen, separate living room, dining area, 2 fridges, 2 freezers, washing machine, fortnightly cleaner and a large paved back garden.

The location a 15-minute walk from Clapham South and Balham stations, with plenty of bus routes nearby.

We’re a mix of 4 British and 1 Irish, all working professionals with a mix of WFH arrangements.

While we all have our own social circles and enjoy travelling, we also love spending time together at home watching movies/TV, cooking, exploring local markets and shops, and having the occasional house pub night.

We’d love to find another social housemate who enjoys spending time together as a house but equally has their own things going on!
