It is part of a developed basement conversion of a double fronted Victorian house. It has its own entrance from the street and has been finished to a very high and modern standard.

There is a large open plan lounge with fully fitted kitchen (with dishwasher) and dining area and a TV. There is also a small utility room with a separate washing machine and dryer. All these amenities are for our 2 lodgers' exclusive use.

The other lodger’s room which is a double with its own bathroom will become available from 26th September and we are doing viewings for that room at the same time. It is advertised on SpareRoom separately.

We have 5 children aged 12 to 19 and a small golden doodle, so there will be some noise at times to be expected coming from the floor above.

There is a 3rd smaller bedroom in the basement converted into a media room for our exclusive use. We will always give advance warning of using the room which is Friday evenings and Sunday afternoons. We do not use anything else in the basement flat.

We have been renting to lodgers for 9 years and plan to continue for many more years to come.
