Spacious one bedroom warehouse flat available for TWO WEEK LET while I'm out of town
I'm only letting to someone who will take that entire time on those specific dates

- April 16th to April 30th
- May 4th to May 18th
- June 1st to June 15th

- Big sunny double bedroom
- Large office space
- Shower room
- Separate toilet
- Lounge
- Large matted workout space (3x3m)
- Kitchenette - Sink, fridge-freezer, airfryer/oven, microwave, kettle, rice cooker/pressure cooker, crockery and utensils

Couples welcome
£1000 for TWO WEEKS (includes bills/bedding/towels)

FAQ - please read before contacting me
- There is not a full kitchen - but you are welcome to bring any extra (non splashy) kitchen equipment you'd like
- There is NO washing machine
- I'm only letting to someone who will take that entire time
- It is on the third floor (you're the top floor)
- Bedding and towels provided if you need them
- It will only be you in the space but you share a boiler with the floor below.
- No smoking
- Quiet people only, NO parties
- It's a weird warehouse layout, don't expect 'normal' flat living here
