Double room in Clapton - Available from April

Hi there,

We’re on the lookout for a lovely new long-term housemate to join us in our flat in Lower Clapton.

The room we will have available from 12th of April 2026 is a spacious double. It comes with a double bed, a built-in wardrobe, and great natural light throughout the day. There’s also plenty of floor space if you’d like to add a desk, chest of drawers or any extra storage to make it your own.

Location-wise, we’re nicely placed between Homerton and Hackney Central Overground stations, about a 10-minute walk to each so it’s very easy to get around. The flat is just off Chatsworth Road on a quiet one-way street, and the bedroom overlooks the garden, which keeps things peaceful. The flat itself is split over two floors and feels bright and airy. There’s also secure bike storage outside the house.

You’d be living with two women in our mid- to late 30s (Australian and Finnish). The atmosphere at the house is friendly, calm and grown-up. We’re sociable and enjoy the occasional dinner with friends, but it’s definitely not a party house. We really value keeping the shared spaces tidy and uncluttered, so we’re looking for someone who feels the same and is settled, considerate and easy to live with. We're into running, gym, surfing and different cultural things London has to offer.
