Victorian terrace house share with garden

We have three bedrooms available in our gorgeous classic Victorian terraced house, and keen not to leave due to its hard to find homely vibe.

About the house:
The house is on a quiet residential street right by Hackney Downs Park and equidistance to Clapton and Hackney Downs Overground stations (Hackney Central is a 10/15 minute walk away). We have a spacious shared living room, Kitchen, Bathroom and additional separate toilet also a lovely green garden perfect for sunbathing in the summer! (More pics on request!).

About us:
Two girls aged 25 and 28, Nicole is an Ecommerce Manager for a womenswear brand and Alice works in Content Creation for Marketing. We’re both working from home using the communal space but some of the bedrooms are big enough to have a desk in your rooms, whichever is preferred. We don’t mind either way as understand everyone’s circumstances are different here.

What we’re looking for:
As we have 3 rooms available we’re open to groups of friends or individuals but no couples as each room is single occupancy. Open to guys and gals, would be nice to get some guys in for balance but either way we’re not biased. In normal times were both pretty busy Monday to Friday but definitely want the house to be a home for each person who lives here, sharing the odd dinner and definitely a few drinks evenings along the way.
