We are 3 tenants who are moving out with a 4th friend from January (date flexible), and looking for a family or 3 new tenants to take over our lease. Our lease ends on 7th February 2021, however whoever takes over will have the option to renew for another year with our agency (Filey Properties in Stoke Newington) from 8th February.

The house is fully furnished with all the essentials and includes the following:

The house is located in the residential area of Clapton, the neighbourhood is lively and super friendly. There are also plenty of shops and supermarkets a short walk away.

- 6 min walk to either Rectory Road or Clapton Overground stations
- 7 min walk to Hackney Downs
- 15 min walk to Stoke Newington Church Street
- 15 min walk to Millfields Park and Lea River, connected to Hackney Marshes and takes you down to Hackney Wick. If you go north you have the Walthamstow Marshes and Reservoirs
- 20 min walk to Springfield Park

The best thing about this house is the space, with 3 it never feels crowded so it's perfect for working from home!

Bills are not included, but they add up to around 300 per month (in total).
