Cute double room in lush location by River Lea

There is one double room available in my peaceful flat surrounded by nature. I am Ella, I'm 37 year old live-in landlady - I live with Flore but I am going to Australia for a month so looking for a short term lodger to take my room.

I am UNBELIEVABLY grateful for this flat's lush location and having such amazing natural surroundings on the doorstep. Being right by the river and marshes brings me pure joy!

In the estate we also have an excellent community of fun vibey neighbours and we often meet up for drinks/ walks (we even go to festivals together!)

The flat is small but has more than enough living space. It has fun slightly retro decor and comes fully-furnished.

PLEASE NOTE THAT I WILL BE LEAVING THE CAT JUNO IN THE FLAT SO AM OFFERING A REDUCED RATE BECAUSE IT INVOLVES HELPING FLORE TO TAKE CARE OF JUNO WITH NEIGHBOURS ON HAND TO HELP (WE HAVE A DEDICATED PET-SITTING WHATSAPP GROUP FOR THE ESTATE). OTHERWISE WOULD BE £990/ MONTH INC BILLS.

The vibe is chilled - I am doing a yoga teacher training and anyone into yoga and meditation especially welcome. Flore is a creative/ photographer.

Looking to have a chilled ideally girly houseshare. Ideal person is interested in calm, likes to go out a bit. Looking for someone who is clean and tidy (but also relaxed).

The flat was rented out on airbnb for 2 years and I had superhost status on there as everyone has a great experience.

Council tax band is C
