Lovely double room available in Clapton

Hello!

Our housemate is sadly leaving London after 6 years in the flat so we’re looking for a new housemate to join our friendly houseshare in Clapton.

The Flat
The flat is situated on a quiet road in Upper Clapton a 5 minute walk from Clapton Station and nearby to lots of green spaces with Hackney Downs, Hackney Marshes and Millfield Park all about a 10 minute walk away.

The Room
The room is on the first floor overlooking the garden and comes furnished with a bed and desk, most of the other furniture in the photos could be kept too if you’d like too but this can be discussed!

The Housemates
We have a really relaxed, peaceful and respectful atmosphere in the flat, we all work different patterns and don’t tend to hang out all together often but we do love to hang out in the kitchen and have a chat when we’re around.

The current housemates work in charity, art galleries and the NHS, we all love to cook and are often up to various creative and crafty projects.

We also have one more new housemate moving in September too!

Other Info
The move-in date would ideally be the 20th September to sign on for when our new contract starts but is negotiable. Council tax is included in the rent and the deposit is £923 (Spareroom wouldn’t let us put this amount in the info so please ignore the other figure).
