Room offered in friendly family house

Hi,

I am a single Mum to my four year old boy, I have a refurbished open plan, victorian terrace house in upper Clapton, with a bright double room facing onto the sunny garden., I am looking for someone female, who would like a comfortable, friendly stay,
Essentially someone who is naturally bright and positive and up early.
My son and I get up around 6.30/7am.
I’d like the house to continue feel like it’s got an upbeat positive and productive energy as its our family home.
I am also ideally looking for the suitable person to be open to a one night a week babysitting situation, where I can pass over responsibility from 7-11pm and potentially leave the house/go to see a film etc. or have a break.
This would be after his bedtime, so just being home for an agreed night once a week, as the responsible adult in the house.
Therefore someone who is responsible, friendly and positive, who has a place of work during the day.
(Not suitable for a W. F. H. or student.)
Someone who likes or has experience of kids, and is already looking for and compatible with these timings is important.

A friendly, sociable female of any age.
