Large bright Double room in friendly relaxed household with loads of communal space. Space for large desk.
The room comes with a bed and a large built-in cupboard with shelves and incorporated rail.

The Flat:
The flat is located in Lower Clapton right next to Hackney Downs Park and amazing shops, pubs and restaurants (we love the Star!) It’s a 2 level maisonette on a quiet street and there is access to the back garden too from rear.

Back garden with plants and BBQ plus massive front garden with off street parking space (no need to pay for permit). We currently rent this out to cover some of the bills #sidehustle

Bright shower over bath, sink, toilet in the main bathroom upstairs aswell as another toilet downstairs (so no need to queue)

The living room is massive and really light (large windows at the front and back) with loads of storage. It is a really good place to stretch out on WFH.

The people:
Charlotte (31) is a fashion designer/ tailor to be and works as a freelancer on lots of projects. Originally from Brussels, moved in London 7 years ago. Worked on Savile Row and is now a freelancing on differnet exciting projects. Working at her studio during the day and in hospitality some nights.

Jimena (34) was born and raised in Lima. She is an architect who works in environmental psychology research, as well as part-time at a cute gift shop in Stokey. She loves caring for houseplants and discovering new places and things to do around London.

Daniel (35) studied engineering in Caracas and Lima and now works as a digital and commercial strategy consultant. He is also currently doing an MA at Central Saint Martins. He is a DJ and music producer who enjoys live music events and cooking.
We're looking for people to share beers, meals and continue a sociable household. We are always happy to find each other for a drink and a chat after a busy week.

Definitely worth a look in person I think anyone coming to look will fall in love 🙂 We'd like to have a chat with you and work out if we vibe.
