Double bed in bright house w/ outdoor space

Our lovely Fareeda is moving in with her boyfriend so we’re looking for a new housemate to join us in our beautiful four-bed, three bath house in leafy Clapton.

The room:
Lower ground floor room furnished with a double bed, a chest of drawers and wardrobe. Room dimensions: 340x340

We’re all quiet and friendly professionals, partly working from home. When we’re all free we like to watch a good show together, play some games, have a drink or enjoy a meal.

The house:
Fully furnished, two-storey modern house with wooden floors, high ceilings and lots of natural light.

Upstairs is our open plan kitchen and living room as well as a large terrace which is perfect for the summer. The kitchen is fully stocked incl. dishwasher. The living area has a large sofa, armchair and a dining table.

Downstairs is the available double bed room and bathroom as well as a separate storage cupboard. Both the bathroom and storage is shared with one other person. There’s also a utility room with washer and dryer downstairs. The bedroom is 3.3 by 3.1 metres.

The area:
What we love most about the area is that it’s quiet and residential (but close to shops), and it’s so close to nature: parks and marshes are 2-10 mins walk away.

*Bills include council tax, water, electricity, gas, broadband, cleaner every 2 weeks, and any shared household items such as cleaning products.

Bills are adjusted to current energy prices, but of course this could increase more by next winter if cost of living and prices keeps increasing.

Transport: ~5 minute walk from Clapton overground station, bus routes into central London, Shoreditch, Dalston, Camden, etc. 55 / 56 / 38 / 106 / 393 / 253 / 254
