Lovely bay window overlooking the garden. It is a medium sized room, 3.74m x 3.15m (check out size before viewing) - quiet & peaceful.

Fully furnished - refurbished & insulated (new walls and ceiling) less than 3 years ago.

Location: The house is on a quiet, residential tree lined street, There is an abundance of shops, pubs, cinemas, places to eat, markets and green spaces including the River Lea and Hackney Marshes.

We are looking for someone who cleans up the kitchen, after preparing meals and shares the responsibility of looking after the house.

It is important you are tidy, sociable, respectful and chilled. Maybe even with a sense of humour.

It would be a plus if you are interested in gardening.

The move-in date is September 1st.
