Flatshare by the river in Clapton

We have a double bedroom available from Dec 1st in a two-person

My current flatmate is leaving London so I am looking for a second tenant for the property. The room is unfurnished and has a floor to ceiling window for lots of natural light, even on grey days. We have an open kitchen and lounge space and good sized bathroom. The building is right on the riverside in Millfields park, near to Clapton overground station (for Liverpool Street connections), Walthamstow Marshes and Chatsworth Road.

I work in music publishing hybrid days some in-office, some WFH but 9-5 hours through the week. I like fresh flowers in the house, keeping plants alive, cooking together, friends over for dinner etc. and having a lived-in but clean space.
