Hi guys, we have a room available in our friendly flat in Lower Clapton, by Hackney Downs park!

£645 per month and bills roughly £100-£120 per month

The room is in a 5 bedroom multi storey flat with 2 bathrooms, each bathroom includes a bath and shower.

The flat has great transport connections, including:
- Hackney Downs overground station – 7 minute walk (quick access to Liverpool Street)
- Hackney Central overground station – 10 minute walk (quick access to Highbury & Islington and Stratford)
- Plenty of bus and night bus routes

The area the flat is located in has great access to green spaces, pubs, restaurants, cafes and bakeries! Also places like Broadway market and Dalston are a short walk away.

The flat is equipped with:
- 2 fridges and a freezer
- Washing machine
- Fast internet
- Shared living room, including a TV with most streaming services

About us: We're 4 fun, friendly and chilled out people (2 girls, 2 guys) who do a mix of office jobs, WFH and hospitality.

We often like to spend time together watching TV/films in the living room, going to the pub, going for a night out, or when it's warm just chilling in Hackney Downs park which is so close it's basically our garden! But at the same time we have our own things going on and can respect everyone's need for alone time as well.

Some of the things we're into are: food, pubs, movies, binging TV series, trashy TV shows, electronic dance music (occasionally going to nights out at places like Corsica Studios (RIP) / Fold / MOT), festivals, art and design and the gym.

We're basically looking for someone with similar interests who wouldn't mind hanging out every now and then when our schedules allow.
