Close to the Clapton Pond, Clapton overground 5’ walk, Hackney Central 10’ walk. London Fields, Dalston Junction, Victoria Park are only 20-25min walk away. Great transport links & food options & greenery all around. Plus a Tesco, bakery and deli just below the flat. A great place to live.

VIBE:
Peaceful, friendly and respectful. Not a party house but friends for dinner/partners etc welcome.

OTHER STUFF:
Landlord is private and very helpful, always on top of things and easy to contact when having any issues.
