Double bedroom all bills included

We’re looking for a lovely lodger for a double bedroom in our well-kept family home.

The room is on the middle floor, next to a bathroom (we live on the top floor). The bathroom would mainly be used by you, but we do use it every evening to bathe our toddler, so it isn’t completely private. All bills are included, along with a weekly clean of the room.

The house is clean and friendly, with a garden and air conditioning in the communal lounge and top floor, which helps keep the house cool. We’re a couple with a baby, a toddler and two cats, so it would suit someone who is comfortable around young children and animals, but who also has their own busy life and wants a peaceful, welcoming place to come home to.

We’d love to find someone respectful, tidy, kind and easy to live with, as this is our family home and we take good care of it.
